Speaker Information

National Academy of Inventors (NAI) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by NAI, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.

NAI and its affiliates may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by NAI, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, videos, websites, social media, etc.

By participating in an NAI event or by failing to notify NAI in writing of your desire to not have your photograph or footage of your presentation and/or panel used by NAI and its affiliates, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify NAI and its affiliates from any and all claims involving the use of your name, biographical information, picture, or likeness.

A person attending an NAI event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known formally by contacting NAI in writing at 3702 Spectrum Blvd. Suite #165, Tampa, FL 33612 or at [email protected] of their intentions and include a photograph. NAI will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

Any person or organization not affiliated with NAI may not use, copy, alter, or modify NAI photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions and recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from NAI.
