The National Invention Ambassadors Network brings together innovation professionals from across the United States who are driving invention and innovation across America. Together, the Ambassadors are committed to sharing their experience, expanding opportunity, and helping prepare the next generation of innovators who will define America’s future. Created in partnership with the United States Patent Office (USPTO) as part of our joint project agreement, the National Invention Ambassadors Network works to:
- Fortify the national innovation pipeline and its leadership;
- Champion IP education and innovation literacy;
- Strengthen commercialization and technology translation;
- Foster collaboration among universities, industry, government, investors, and nonprofit organizations;
- Support regional innovation ecosystems and America’s economic competitiveness; and
- Inspire next-generation inventors while encouraging innovation and STEM engagement.
The inaugural Ambassador cohort represents leaders from higher education, industry, startups, and government with deep expertise in healthcare and life sciences, national security and defense, aerospace, energy, AI, and other emerging technologies. Together, they have built companies, transformed industries, advanced scientific discovery, strengthened public institutions, and mentored countless innovators throughout their careers. With their range of perspectives and expertise, they provide mentorship, education, and outreach through speaking, keynote presentations, workshops, mentoring programs, and innovation events.
