GAIN (Global Academic Inventors Network) is a networking and mentorship platform connecting innovators across the ecosystem. As a benefit afforded exclusively to NAI Member Institutions, GAIN provides experts and students the opportunity to connect to a network of top innovators around the globe, access exclusive resources, and give and get advice in one easy to use platform.
A New GAIN Experience Is Coming
As previewed at the NAI Annual Conference, GAIN is entering an exciting new chapter.
We are preparing to launch a new, custom-built GAIN platform designed specifically for NAI’s growing community of inventors, mentors, industry leaders, students, and innovation professionals.
The new platform will create a stronger, more engaging environment for mentorship, connection, collaboration, and professional development—with new capabilities designed around how our community connects and grows.
As we make the transition, the current GAIN platform hosted on Firsthand will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 30 days. During this time, we will welcome an initial group of beta users, test the new experience, and put the finishing touches on the platform before opening it to the broader community.
There is nothing current users need to do at this time. We will share additional information, including access details and the official launch date, as we get closer to opening the new GAIN.
